Agreement to these terms
By browsing www.leisuretours.in or purchasing any tour package or service from Leisure Tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Scope of service
Leisure Tours acts as a tour operator and booking coordinator between travellers and independent service providers, including hotels, transport providers, and local guides. While we vet all partners, we are not liable for arbitrary schedule disruptions caused by third-party carriers or local authorities.
Booking & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and issuance of a written booking voucher or invoice.
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate passport names, contact numbers, and travel documents.
Payment terms
All payments must be made through authorised online payment methods (Razorpay) or official bank wire transfers.
For international cards, the cardholder confirms that they are authorised to make the transaction and accepts any exchange-rate fluctuations applied by their card-issuing bank.
Travel documentation & health requirements
- Travellers must carry valid government-issued photo IDs, or valid passports and visas for international guests.
- Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all medical, fitness, and vaccination criteria required for specific high-altitude, trekking, or adventure activities.
Limitation of liability
Leisure Tours shall not be held liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our direct control, including severe weather, road blockades, flight delays, civil unrest, government-authority regulations, or force majeure events.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India and your respective origin country.
