Pricing of goods & services
All tours and services are offered with transparent pricing. Final amounts payable depend on the chosen package, group size, travel season, and custom requests. Published package rates are listed below. Bespoke itineraries, sightseeing, transport and accommodation arrangements without a published rate are quoted for the requested service.

Package booking payments
For packages available to book online, customers pay a 30% deposit based on the selected package price and traveller count. The remaining 70% becomes payable after our team confirms the booking. Per-person and per-couple rates are identified with each package.
An enquiry does not require payment and does not confirm a booking. Payment receipt and booking confirmation are separate: a booking is confirmed only when the agreed advance has been received and a written booking voucher or invoice has been issued.
INR billing & international cards
Prices are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international cardholders, the transaction is processed in INR. Your issuing bank or credit card provider converts the amount into your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates. Foreign transaction fees may apply under your cardholder agreement.
Taxes & invoices
Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), and package exclusions are disclosed in the package quotation/invoice. Refer to that quotation/invoice for tax itemisation, and review the chosen package’s inclusions and exclusions before making payment.
Authorised payment methods
All payments must be made through authorised online payment methods (Razorpay) or official bank wire transfers. International cardholders confirm that they are authorised to make the transaction and accept exchange-rate fluctuations applied by their card-issuing bank.
